A women-led, women-friendly practice
Komal teaches a slow, embodied yoga practice in Siliguri, online and in person. The space is small and intentional. The work is held with women in mind, though everyone is welcome.
What "women-friendly" means here
- No posing, no proving. The focus is on how you feel, not how it looks.
- A practice that meets the cycle. Slow Flow when you have energy, Yin & Breath when you don't, Yoga Nidra for the days the world is too much.
- A teacher who's lived in this body. Komal teaches from her own practice, including the parts of the cycle, sleep, anxiety, and rest that don't come up in conventional classes.
- Small groups. No giant studio, no awkward back row.
What students come for
- Recovering after illness, surgery, or burnout.
- Returning to movement after pregnancy or postpartum.
- Settling an anxious or wired nervous system.
- Building a steady practice that doesn't feel performative.
- Preparing for a steadier next chapter, of work, of motherhood, of midlife.
