A practice built around you
Group classes are wonderful. They're also, by nature, the average. A 1:1 session is the opposite: a practice shaped entirely by what your body, your week, and your life are asking for right now.
What a 1:1 looks like
We start with a short conversation. Sometimes that's all about a recent injury. Sometimes it's about sleep, anxiety, or a wedding next month. Sometimes it's that you've been doing yoga for a decade and something has stopped landing.
A typical session might include:
- Movement to release tension and rebuild range.
- Breath awareness and guided pranayama.
- Chanting to create stillness when the mind is loud.
- Reflection on the Yoga Sutras, especially the Samadhi Pada, when there's space for it.
- Journaling prompts to integrate.
Practical details
- 60-minute sessions, online or in-studio in Siliguri.
- ₹1,000 per session.
- Pre-conversation included with the first session.
- I'll send you a short note after each session with what we worked on, so you can practice between.
