Getting seated safely
Chair setup, feet, spine, the two things worth checking before anything else.
Breath and shoulders
Slow, seated breath work paired with shoulder and neck release.
Gentle full-body flow
A 20-minute seated sequence, modifiable to how your morning actually feels.
Balance and standing support
Optional standing-with-chair-support work, only when you're ready for it.
One live class a day, Monday through Friday, so there's always a session that fits your morning. Introductory rate while the class is still filling toward capacity. Once it's consistently full, new members join at $89 — your rate stays locked once you're in.
Kept small on purpose: capped at roughly 16-18 members so any single class never gets crowded, verified through booking, not a guess.
